Sequestration Manor (camp comedy/horror: feature 'script)
Frail pensioners battle a London villain over a decrepit Manor house with a terrible past.
‘Sequestration Manor’ has been home to seven frail pensioners for years. Childless, isolated and vulnerable, they are easy targets when a London property developer decides he wants them out and the house for himself.
As a small time villain looking to make it big, he sets the banks, social services and thugs against the pensioners, but they stubbornly refuse to move, and the pressure escalates into violence. Fortunately, but they are not as helpless as they first appeared, and retaliate… but the odds are stacked against them, and they must contravene strict 'Council' laws if they are to thwart his plans.
As the pressure - and violence - mounts, they must decide if they should fight back and risk waking the house...
Low budget, limited location horror in the vein of Attack the Block. Presently undergoing review with Hayley McKenzie,
